   Sooo let’s see.
   Lyca’s mother turned out to be evil or at least working against her, and called in her bodygaurd to beat up Lyca and her friends, which ended with Rosie dying.
   Hecoresh was enough of a fighter that Anthem couldn’t easily kill her and managed to go in and kill the chemical dragon once Varaxunax gave her some backup, so now Darumatha has all alchemy and can basically start forcing people to sell their souls for food.
   Soooo not at all a good day, indeed. Lost Rosie, and Darumatha got yet another win and has been going uncontested for a very long time.

   Also Lyca’s mother didn’t just now turn, she’s been that way all along and is the one responsible for sticking her in a sorcerer’s jar. Anthem has a limited amount of time left. Vax doesn’t know it cause she won’t tell him. Demon controlled Varaxunax hasn’t even started using the power he commands. Gilgum is going insane. They’re losing another city. And to top it off Corva’s bunch is nowhere near the library that might hold information they desperately need.

   And likely we probably haven’t even heard the bad news yet.
