You know what doesn’t stop magic swords? Boiled bison leather.
In the top few panels, we’re in the laundry room, which seems to do double-duty as a medical hut for archaic religious reasons.
I drew bunnies pulling the wagon because buffalo are hard to draw.
And the rabbits look none too happy with their lot, as rabbits are wont to do.
While they are very nicely drawn rabbits I think they would make of an extremely bumpy ride, doubly so in a wagon.
…and with this page, my suspension is entirely broken.
Sigh.
Actually, boiled bison leather is surprisingly effective at stopping most swords. That’s why they make armor out of it. Anthem’s opponent must have had an uncommonly strong arm and an uncommonly sharp sword to get through that.
