It’s good to finally draw Lord Kebra, leader of the Ngapp. We’ll be seeing (unsurprisingly) a lot more of him. So I’m glad his costume turned out okay, even if he looks like a cut-rate Ming the Merciless without the guts to be truly flamboyant.
And yes, he likes his monologues.
