There is no way to look erudite when you’re holding a book with cute little mittens.
Of course, while Anthem is a smart girl with many fancy words, she is evidently not smart enough to realize that wagons can’t climb cliffs.
Anthem turned out really well in panel 2–well enough that I’m annoyed I couldn’t get more of her in there around the word balloons. Well, if you didn’t want a talky comic, I’m sure you would’ve left by now.
