Yay! Snow! Courtesy of me looking out my window and drawing what I see. I wish I could’ve captured the look of snow on tree branches, but I couldn’t quite get it to work.
I experimented with more time-jumpery in this page. Yes, I’ve been reading books on comic theory; that’s the problem. I hope it’s clear, or at least clear enough not to be distracting.
I love Anthem’s goofy little ethnic snow costume. That will be a lot of fun to draw. And for issue 3, I actually sat down and drew things out beforehand, like a real artist, rather than just eyeballing everything day-of. I think having reliable references will help my consistency and flexibility.
